Daily: Rodeo Austin at Travis County Exposition Center. The SXSW circus has left town, but the rodeo is staying around for another week. Monday: Gonzo Mystery Monday at El Mercado Backstage. Usually this is Christine Albert and Bill Kirchen’s gig, but they’re both out of town, so an invasion of Lost Gonzo Band members is carrying the torch. Bob Livingston, John Inmon and Richard Bowden team up with the Mystery Monday rhyhtm section of David Carroll and Bobby Kallus for a couple of sets. Free. 7:30 p.m. 1302 S. First St. elmercadorestaurant.com.

Tuesday: House of Songs showcase at the Townsend. The House of Songs has a dependable reputation of presenting quality shows featuring a mix of local and international performers. This bill, co-sponsored by music-education nonprofit Anthropos Arts, features Pakistan singer-songwriter Zoe Viccaji teaming with local world-music group Atash. $10. 8 p.m. 718 Congress Ave. thetownsendaustin.com.

Wednesday: Blink-182 at Austin360 Amphitheater. It’s officially spring: Not only does the vernal equinox arrive on Monday, but the Austin360 Amphitheater’s season begins with its first show of 2017 on Wednesday. Rockers Blink-182, with opening acts Naked & Famous and Makeout, kick off a run that includes Kings of Leon (May 9), Train (May 20), Florida Georgia Line (June 2), Muse (June 10), Chicago and the Doobie Brothers (June 17) before the summer solstice comes. $19.50-$79.50. 7 p.m. 9201 Circuit of the Americas Blvd. austin360amphitheater.com.

Wednesday: Bryan Ferry at ACL Live. Though his greatest legacy remains as the frontman for groundbreaking 1970s art-rock band Roxy Music, Ferry has done more than a dozen solo albums as well. His more recent explorations have steered into the realms of jazz and films, including work on Baz Lurhmann’s 2013 remake of “The Great Gatsby.” Judith Owen & Leland Sklar open. $60-$90. 8 p.m. 310 Willie Nelson Blvd. acl-live.com.

Thursday: Shawn Mullins at Cactus Cafe. You might never get that “Ev-er-y-thing’s gonna be all right” chorus of Mullins’ 1990s breakthrough hit “Lullaby” out of your head, but the Georgia singer-songwriter has had a long career with more than a dozen albums. Among the best was “The Thorns,” the sole self-titled record of his collaboration with fellow rock-pop tunesmiths Matthew Sweet and Pete Droge. More recently, he issued the 2015 album “My Stupid Heart” on Sugar Hill/Rounder. $25-$28. 8:30 p.m. 2247 Guadalupe St. cactuscafe.org.
