Monday/Tuesday: Charlie Belle/Suzanna Choffel at Geraldine’s. Tucked into the fourth-floor restaurant and pool deck of the 2-year-old Hotel Van Zandt in the Rainey Street district, Geraldine’s is notable not just for featuring local music every day of the week, but for serving sets from some of the city’s most talented and accomplished performers, for free (while paying the performers a decent wage).
