Matthew Logan Vasquez at Waterloo Records. The frontman for SoCal band Delta Spirit, who recently moved back to his native Austin, issued his first solo album last month. “Solicitor Returns” is rawer and more personal than the band’s music, though it’s similarly rooted in modern rock and pop.
