Wednesday: Austin Music Foundation presents The Next at 3Ten. As an extension of their music education efforts for Austin artists, the Austin Music Foundation launched a new Artist Development Program this year. The seven-month course was designed as a business intensive to give musicians the tools they need to take their careers to the next level. The concert, celebrating “the next and best in local music” features performances from the seven artists who participated: Jackie Venson, Gina Chavez, Magna Carda, Jane Ellen Bryant, Migrant Kids, Charlie Faye & the Fayettes and James Junius.
