Shawn Colvin wraps up a national tour back home in Austin on Monday at the Paramount Theatre. Deborah Cannon/AMERICAN-STATESMAN.

Monday: Shawn Colvin at Paramount Theatre. One of Austin’s highest-profile singer-songwriters since she moved back in the 1990s (she’d lived here for a spell in the ’70s as well), Colvin is closing out a two-month tour celebrating Columbia/Legacy’s 20th-anniversary reissue of her platinum-selling album “A Few Small Repairs.” Her band includes top-notch Austin musicians Glenn Fukunaga (bass), Mike Meadows (drums) and Michael Ramos (keyboards), as well as ace guitarist Larry Campbell. $20-$47. 8 p.m. 713 Congress Ave. austintheatre.org.

Wednesday: Slaid Cleaves, Johnny Nicholas at Saxon Pub. The Austin-via-Maine singer-songwriter issued his 12th studio album, “Ghost on the Car Radio,” in July, and near the year’s end it still stands as one of the best local releases of 2017. Arrive early for a separate-ticketed show with longtime Saxon Pub favorite Johnny Nicholas, who recently reissued his pivotal 1970s blues album “Too Many Bad Habits.” Cleaves: $25, 9 p.m.; Nicholas: $10, 7 p.m. 1320 S. Lamar Blvd. thesaxonpub.com.
