SXSW Free Show at Auditorium Shores. Yesterday’s news that Ray Lamontagne had canceled put a bit of a damper on this first of three public concerts on Lady Bird Lake. But there’s still a lot to like, with the Deftones filling in as the headliner (8 p.m.) plus Thao & the Get Down Stay Down (7 p.m.), Brian Fallon of Gaslight Anthem (6 p.m.), Parker Millsap (5 p.m.) and Austin’s own Carson McHone (4 p.m.). Admission is free with a SXSW Guest Pass, available at guestpass.sxsw.com. Riverside Drive and S. First St.
