The Mavericks at Rodeo Austin. Last night’s traditional opening concert by Willie Nelson excepted, perhaps the best of the this year’s music lineup at Rodeo Austin is the Mavericks, singer Raul Malo’s left-of-center outfit known for incorporating many influences into their broad-appeal sound. Rising to prominence in the early 1990s, the group recently reunited after a 10-year hiatus and got a couple of Grammy nominations for last year’s album “Mono.” Most Rodeo concerts are in the evening, but on Sundays, it’s a 3 p.m. show. $20-$175.
